Directions

To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Combine every ingredients inside a pot, bring to a light boil, agitating to dissolve. Next, take off the heat and leave to cool down completely. Pour into a sealable bottle, seal and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about a month.

To make Premix: Mix the specified liquids into a large bottle, let it rest for 60 minutes, then strain best through a fine cloth, so it's perfectly clear.

For serving: Add 85ml of the batch mix into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, gently stirring lightly for one minute until cold. Filter to a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, top with some cranberries and complete it using a brief mist of mandarin oil above the glass.
